 No Stains Attached carries liability coverage and manages all claims directly. You never have to deal with anyone else — we handle everything for you. 

 We step in right away. We’ll reassign the job or send a follow‑up to make it right. With NSA, you always deal directly with us, not the individual cleaner. 

 We treat every space like it’s our own. Cleaners are vetted, trained, and required to send before/after photos. If anything ever needs attention, we fix it fast.

 Nope. You can leave access instructions when booking — our cleaners are trusted, vetted professionals. You’ll receive before/after photos so you know exactly what was done.

 All payments are handled securely online through our booking system — no cash or awkward exchanges. 

 Of course. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice for changes. You can cancel, reschedule, or update your booking through your confirmation link or by messaging us.
